- 4.1: Run samples on two SDS-polyacrylamide gels
- 4.2: Western transfer one SDS-polyacrylamide gel
- 4.3: Coomassie-stain second SDS-polyacrylamide gel
Lab Day 9
- 4.4: Rehydrate western blot, block and probe with primary antibody
- 4.5: Destain Coomassie-stained SDS-polyacrylamide gel
- 4.6: Wash and detect western blot
